Recipe for life satisfaction (and business success) by Meg Mašková

I often receive messages from exhausted and desperate moms - not just about Bach essences,

but also directly in my inbox, asking:

How do you do it?

How do I manage so many things (and they only see a fraction of it on social media)?

And not only do I manage, but I also seem happy and fulfilled?

What’s behind it?

Why are they exhausted and overwhelmed with just one child, struggling to find energy or time to start their own business or exercise regularly?

What got me to where I am today?

What do I do - or not do?How come I’m happy?

Why are my businesses successful?

This recipe isn’t just for mom entrepreneurs. It’s for every woman, whether she has children or not.

The sooner you adopt these life principles and routines, the easier it will be to navigate challenging life periods—motherhood being one of them, in my opinion.

Rule #1: Planning

Many women resist planning.

Some believe they can manage without a plan, while others feel that only weak people need one.

But this mindset hides a lack of humility - and that’s something to watch out for!

With arrogance, you won’t get far.

A more common reason for not planning is fear.

Women fear that structure, order, and planning carry a masculine energy.

We often hear from modern mentors how successful women operate in a masculine mode, running on performance, planning every minute, and leaving no space for creativity, flow, or feminine energy.

So, many women worry that planning will make them lose themselves—their intuition and creative drive. But from my experience, that’s nonsense. I’m the complete opposite! Thanks to systematic planning, routines, and structure, I’m calm, I don’t stress about what’s coming next, and because of that, I’m open to endless creative ideas. I don’t have to overload my brain with logistical tasks because they’re already handled.I have a system for everything - not just paperwork but also my daily schedule. From the moment I wake up, I know what’s next.

I operate on autopilot, which makes everything run smoothly. That’s why I get so much done while still developing myself and my businesses.

If you don’t make your own plan, you become part of someone else’s plan.

Think about it - if you go grocery shopping without a list, you wander around the store, trying to figure out what to cook that week.

Then, at home, you realize you forgot half the things you needed, so by midweek, you’re back at the store.

But if you plan your meals in advance, you shop faster, save money by avoiding waste, and prevent impulse buys that add up unexpectedly.

And that applies to everything in life.

I understand that when you hear words like system, plan, order, and discipline, you might feel resistance.Maybe even a physical aversion.

This could be an emotional block from childhood.

  • Maybe you had a perfectionist father who pressured you to make your bed at 7:30 AM
  • or a mother who scolded you if you weren’t in pajamas by 8 PM.
  • Maybe school or a former employer contributed to your aversion to structure.

If you feel even the slightest resistance to planning, pay attention!

It might be the very thing standing between you and a more satisfying, successful life - whether that’s having a tidy home, losing weight, or adopting a healthy lifestyle.

What else keeps me happy and energized?

Taking care of myself and my health

Self-love isn’t just a cliché for me.

My body and my health are my top priority.

Without them, I can’t function—not as a mother, not as a partner, and certainly not as a business owner.

But self-care isn’t just about massages or tanning beds.

Yes, healthcare is advanced, but you have to be proactive.

During pregnancy, a woman gets a lot of medical attention.

But a year postpartum? Nobody checks in on her.

By then, she might be deficient in essential nutrients or struggling emotionally.

That’s why you need to take care of yourself - physically and mentally.

I regularly get blood tests, see a physiotherapist, eat well, and exercise—not just to stay slim, but to be healthy and full of energy.

What else keeps me active and positive?

My work and personal growth

I combined these two things because they go hand in hand.

I love learning, expanding my knowledge, and applying it to my businesses.

Thanks to constant self-improvement, I develop new products—which don’t just come from random ideas I delegate to someone else.

Every product results from months of research and testing. That process fuels me with energy.

But don’t think I only work when I feel like it. Many people assume that once you run a million-dollar business, you don’t have to work anymore.

The opposite is true. Friday night, Saturday morning, or Wednesday at 4:30 AM? I’m working.

Bonus: The key pillars of my business success

What brought me to million-dollar revenues? Everything I mentioned above, plus these principles:

  •  I think big. I don’t play small.
  • My vision has no limits—only steps I take one by one.
  • I don’t doubt—I believe.
  • Challenges arise to be solved and to move us forward.
  • I don’t procrastinate—I handle things immediately.
  • I seek advice. I know I don’t have all the answers.
  • I reinvest in my business and my people.
  • I give generously, because what you give comes back to you.
  • My driving force is helping people.
  • Many entrepreneurs chase only their own success. But what drives me is this question:
  • “How can I help people solve their (not just health-related) problems?”
