1.How to choose Bach essences?

a) If you are dealing with a specific issue, choose Bach essences specifically made to solve that problem, for example: M.E.G Bach essences for children - Sleep or M.E.G Bach essences - Migresol.

b)  If you have multiple issues (such as fatigue, low libido, depression, workaholism, and fears about loved ones), choose M.E.G Bach essences - customized drops. After filling out a questionnaire, Meg Mašková will prepare a unique formula of Bach essences for you.

2.How long does it take for my Bach essences to arrive?

Because we always mix Bach essences to be fresh and some of them have a customized formula, we need 10 working days for shipping your package. If your Bach essences haven't arrived by this time, please contact us asap.

3.How should I use Bach essences - how often, and for how long?

The basic rule of use is: 4 drops, 4 times a day. Take them on an empty stomach in the morning, and ideally half an hour before meals during the day.In the case of acute issues, take 6-8 times a day.

With the standard dosage, one bottle lasts 3-4 weeks.

Bach essences are meant for long-term use, and the minimum course is 3 months.

The original cause of the problem needs to be solved, right to the core of the block. If you stop earlier, the issues might return.

4. Can I combine multiple Bach essences at once?

The only Bach essences that can (and we strongly recommend) be combined with Bach essences are M.E.G Bach acute crisis - SOS drops.

It is definitely not possible to combine customized Bach essences with Bach essences for specific problems (Sleep, Weight Loss, or Desire for love).

If you are currently using Bach essences for a specific problem, after finishing the bottle, you can order Bach essences - Customized drops. Do not forget to mention the specific drops you have already used In the questionnaire, and write there any additional issues you'd like to solve.

5. How long does it take to notice the effects of Bach essences?

This is very individual and depends on your problems. Some people can see results within a few days, others after several weeks.It can happen that the changes are noticed first by people around you (your family and friends).

6. Can I combine Bach essences with the medications I am currently using?

Bach essences can be safely combined with other forms of treatment, including supplements and chemical medications. However, Bach essences containing alcohol as a preservative cannot be combined with Antabuse medications.

7. Are Bach essences suitable for children, pregnant women, or older people?

Yes, Bach essences are absolutely suitable for babies, children, pregnant women, and elderly people. For babies under 1 year old and pregnant women, choose the preservative glycerol.These essences have no side effects, and there is no risk of overdose.

8. Are Bach essences suitable for animals?

Yes, absolutely. Animals also have their own emotions, which can cause changes in behavior. For example, a dog afraid of water or storms, a dog that is sad when its family leaves the house or a cat that is afraid of the vet. All these issues can be solved by Bach essences.

9. What are the side effects of using Bach essences?

Bach essences have no side effects.

If you take them regularly until the block is resolved (at least 3 months, and for more severe cases - it can take half a year or longer), the problem will not return, and you can easily live without Bach essences.

10. How should I store Bach essences and how long does the bottle last?

Store bottles in a dry place, at temperatures up to 20 degrees Celsius, away from direct sunlight. Bach essences can also be stored in the fridge. The expiration date for one bottle is 8 weeks.

11. How many bottles do I need?

The basic course lasts 3 months, but 3 bottles don't always mean 3 months; it depends on the intensity of use.

If you order 3 bottles and take 4 drops 4 times a day, the 3 bottles will last for 3 months.

But if you take more drops due to more severe issues, 6-8 times a day, 3 bottles will last about a month and a half to 2 months.

12. If I feel a change after the first bottle, is it possible to stop, choose other drops, or change the customized Bach essences formula?

It's great that you feel changes, but be careful. This is the critical moment when some people think that their problem is solved and stop the course or choose other drops.

It is really important to complete the basic 3-month course with the same formula. The only thing you can change is switching from Bach essences for a specific problem to Bach essences - customized drops that cover the original issue and possibly add others.But never change the customized formula after the first or second month of use or switch from Bach essences - Sleep to Bach essences - Weight loss.
