Usage and Important Notice:

It is strongly recommended not to combine Bach essences for specific issues with each other. Always use only one bottle of Bach essences for the issue you are addressing. If you are dealing with multiple issues, use M.E.G. Bach Essences customized to include several concerns at once.
Example: Do not use Bach essences for sadness together with Bach essences for depression.

Place drops directly into your mouth or into water, which you should drink immediately.
Recommended dosage: 4 drops 4 times a day – in the morning on an empty stomach, during the day, and in the evening.
In case of severe issues, take 6-8 times a day.
Do not exceed the daily dose of 10 times 4 drops.
With the standard dosage, one bottle will last 3-4 weeks.

Specific drops can be combined with the product SOS Acute Crisis Drops, but it is not recommended to combine them with "Personalized Drops".
The drops can be combined with dietary supplements and pharmaceutical medications.
Drops containing alcohol as a preservative should not be combined with Antabus medication.
