Usage and Important Notice:

It is strongly recommended not to combine Bach essences for specific issues with each other. Always use only one bottle of Bach essences for the issue you are addressing. If you are dealing with multiple issues, use M.E.G. Bach Essences customized to include several concerns at once.
Example: Do not use Bach essences for sadness together with Bach essences for depression.

Place drops directly into your mouth or into water, which you should drink immediately.
Recommended dosage: 4 drops 4 times a day – in the morning on an empty stomach, during the day, and in the evening.
In case of severe issues, take 6-8 times a day.
Do not exceed the daily dose of 10 times 4 drops.
With the standard dosage, one bottle will last 3-4 weeks.

Drops are intended for long-term use, with a minimum treatment duration of 3 months.
The drops contain alcohol as a preservative in a minimal dose, which cannot be inhaled.
For pregnant women, babies under 1 year, and animals, we recommend using glycerol instead of alcohol.
